Who we are
This website (tsnbaltic.com) is operated by TSN Baltic, MB, Vilnius, Lithuania (“TSN BALTIC”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data described below. For any privacy question, contact us at natalia@tsnbaltic.com.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:
- your name, company and work email;
- phone number or LinkedIn profile, if you provide it;
- the position you are hiring for, the country or market, and the description of your business challenge.
Please do not include sensitive personal data or candidates’ personal details in the form.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible search assignment with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Who has access
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. The contact form does not store your data on the website: it is sent by email to our inbox. Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger) processes it on our behalf only for this purpose. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting cooperation. If no cooperation follows, we delete it within 24 months.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive a copy of it. Just write to natalia@tsnbaltic.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or the data protection authority in your country.
